The use and rental of goods on the www.motorentandride.com website implies the full acceptance of the terms and conditions under which these services are provided and will be detailed in the following paragraphs. The user will have permanent access to the terms and conditions for using the services in order to be able to consult them at any time. If the user does not agree with the conditions imposed, he must stop using our services.

COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions or to the offer, without prior notification and without specifying the reasons. Also, COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. reserves the right to correct possible omissions and errors in the display, which may occur as a result of typing mistakes or software product errors.

Also, COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. reserves the right to inform the customer of the unavailability for rental of a product that appears available on the website.

All the content of the website www.motorentandride.com is the property of COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. and is protected by copyright law. To report copyright infringement, use the address: office@motohai.ro.

The domain www.motorentandride.com is owned by COANTAVENTURA S.R.L., and the use of this brand, domain or trade names, logos and emblems, in direct or 'hidden' form (such as, but not limited to, meta tags or other indexing techniques, web search) without prior written permission is prohibited and punishable by law.

We will consider the reservation valid when the form filled in with the personal data of the participant is signed and sent, along with the proof of the 20% advance deposit to the e-mail address: office@motohai.ro. All the costs mentioned below are in Euro currency, but payment will be made in RON at the BNR rate +1% from the day the invoice is issued, all taxes included.

FRAUD: Any attempt to access the personal data of another user, to modify the content of the website www.motorentandride.com or to affect the performance of the server on which the website www.motorentandride.com runs, will be considered an attempt to defraud our systems and will initiate a criminal investigation against the one or those who attempted this fact.

DISPUTES: For any conflict arising between COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. and his clients, an amicable solution will be sought. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the court in whose territorial jurisdiction COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. is located.

COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. reserves the right to modify the content of the agreement between the parties at any time, without prior notification to the users. Also, the company reserves the right to stop providing its services to any user, if he has violated one of the mentioned conditions. At the limit, COANTAVENTURA S.R.L. reserves the right to stop providing its services at any time.

The pictures of the goods on the website or other advertising materials are for informational purposes only and do not necessarily represent the exact version of the available motorcycles. Moto Rent and Ride will make all the effort to make the requested model available to the customer but, in case of unavailability, we reserve the right to offer a comparable model.

All Moto Rent and Ride motorcycles have mandatory insurance. In the event of an incident involving the motorcycle or in the event of the motorcyclist's inability to continue, the rental period is not suspended. During the rental period, Moto Rent and Ride has no obligation to replace a motorcycle damaged by the customer's fault.

If, during the rental period, the motorcycle stops working, without any fault of the user, Moto Rent and Ride will be able to provide, within the limit of availability, a replacement motorcycle. To the extent that it will not be able to provide him with a replacement motorcycle, Moto Rent and Ride will refund the value of the contractual remaining days.

Moto Rent and Ride provides roadside assistance, exclusively on the territory of Romania, which involves picking up the motorcycle on a platform from the immobilization place and transporting the client/passenger and luggages to a place of accommodation.

Moto Rent and Ride will require a deductible deposit of pre-set values at the start of each rental. This deposit will be held as a security deposit until the motorcycle is returned in the same condition as it was received at the time of rental, excluding mileage.

The reservation is confirmed when the advance amount has been collected by Moto Rent and Ride in the bank account specified on the invoice. If an applicant does not send the advance payment within 3 days, Moto Rent and Ride can cancel the reservation without any notice.

Cancellation of the reservation is done only in writing (e-mail, sms, whatsapp, etc.). The deposit paid is refundable only if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the rental date. The refund payment is made to the bank account indicated by the customer. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before the rental date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Each rented motorcycle will be delivered clean and with a full tank and will also be returned clean for possible damage assessment and with a full tank. Otherwise, a fee of 50 euros will be requested. Each user of the rental motorcycles will use the equipment with care and attention.

We also recommend that every user make sure that they follow the traffic rules. All fines incurred by a motorcyclist while using a Moto Rent and Ride motorcycle are the sole responsibility of the motorcyclist and will be paid by the motorcyclist.

Moto Rent and Ride will always hand over motorcycles in good working order and safety. Along with the motorcycle, Moto Rent and Ride will hand over its documents and keys to the person renting it. At the time of handing over the motorcycle, a report will be drawn up that will certify the condition of the motorcycle and in which any bumps or damaged parts will be reported.

In order to rent a motorcycle, the motorcyclist must present the following documents and meet the following conditions:

a) Have a valid driver's license for the category of motorcycle that is the subject of the contract, with a minimum validity of 1 year;

b) In the case of driving licenses issued by a national authority outside the European Union, it is necessary to present a valid international driving license, together with the driving license issued by the national authorities;

c) Valid identity document: passport, identity card, residence permit;

d) Credit card or debit card: Visa, Mastercard cards are accepted;

e) The identity document and driver's license must be presented in original when taking over the motorcycle;

f) The motorcyclist assumes full responsibility for preventive driving, respecting the obligations from a legal and moral point of view (a minimum necessary physical condition fulfilled without states of fatigue, weakness or other similar situations);

g) Not to show up to take over the motorcycle in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs

It is strictly forbidden to sell, assign, sublease, guarantee, pledge or any other way of alienating the contractual good by the motorcyclist.

The basic rate does not include: fuel, special tolls for bridges, highways, road tolls, parking/parking fees, fines received until the actual return of the motorcycle for violating road traffic rules and any normative acts in force, any other payment amounts established by the local authorities in relation to the use, parking or parking of the motorcycle.

Driving the motorcycle is only allowed to the person mentioned in the rental contract.

Participation in competitions or contests of any kind with the rented property is strictly prohibited!

In case of an accident or road event in which the motorcycle is involved, the person who rented the motorcycle is obliged to notify the Moto Rent and Ride team urgently by phone, at the number specified in the contract. Any repairs to the motorcycle will only be carried out with the consent of Moto Rent and Ride. In case of an accident with victims, the Police must be notified.

Moto Rent and Ride will hand over the motorcycle and the accessories/equipment agreed with the renter, along with the following documents:

a) Registration certificate with the annex regarding the valid periodic technical inspection;

b) A row of keys for the use of the motorcycle and any luggage carrying systems mounted on it;

c) RCA policy.

The customer has the obligation to keep all the previously mentioned documents with him at all times, having the obligation to present them to the competent control bodies.

All this will be returned by the customer with the return of the contractual good.

In case of loss and/or destruction of the documents or the key, the customer will pay the cost of: €100 for the key and/or €100 for the documents.
